The Arkansas League of Public Golfers operates through Golfmax. Residents of Arkansas will automatically be invited to join the league after registering as a Golfmax member. There are no fees associated with becoming a member of Golfmax or joining the league.

2. Get a Public Golf Index (PGI)
3. Produce reports and graphs
4. Rank your ability against other Arkansas golfers
5. Participate in discussion groups
6. Participate in events
